Is more more?
Fashion, "Out with Vegas, in with Vamp". Is more is more a cultural statement? Probably not, just a way to sell more bathing suits to the un-anorexic crowd. But a pleasant change--even a salute? Enjoy.
P.S. Maybe, just maybe a backlash to this, which has been going on for some time.
