Anti-Americanism says more about the haters than it ever could about America.
Oddly enough, many Americans have an overly generous opinion of foreigners and their countries.
The irony is, this time of year, Utah is crawling with Europeans. Years ago, a business colleague in France summed up the nature of French anti-Americanism. They all complain about the cultural imperialism of Euro-Disney, McDonalds and Burger King and then shuttle the kids off for a hamburger and a ride through the Pirates of the Caribbean.
Silly twits.

Britain is not Europe. We spent the last 1,000 years fighting Europe. Twits maybe, Europeans never.
