John McCain flirting again...-->
OK, we don't hate him, we just aren't excited about him being the next president. The question is why?
Don Surber thinks the answer is simple--McCain-Feingold.
The fundamental difference between McCain 2000 and McCain 2008 is that he put his name on a law that forbids people from speaking out against their congressman within 60 days of an election.
Well, at very least it didn't help. McCain is like an unfaithful spouse--he says he loves you, but the constant betrayals make trusting him impossible. Sooner or later you wonder if you wouldn't be better off without him.

Preposterous. John McCain untrustworthy? If he doesn't meet certain people's standards of trustworthiness for public officials, who does??

Actually lots of politicians meet the standard. Is Ted Kennedy a reliable lefty?
Absolutely.
Is Senator Robert Bennett a reliable conservative?
Again, absolutely.
McCain on the other hand votes against the tax cut, co-sponsors McCain-Feingold and is generally all over the map.
They don't call him a maverick for nothing.

Mccain left his first wife after she got him released from Vietnam as soon as he returned to the USA. She was in a car wreck. What a POS.

McSenile is a looser. I believe he graduated third from the bottom in a class of 600. He crashed 5 jets, the Vietnam Vets hate him. he was called the "Song Bird" by the VietCong. I wonder why? He left his wife who suffered during his POW days. His a turn coat like Lieberman. He wants to give the Oil Companies more leases to continue to rape the American public. His just another Bush in sheep's clothing. If his idea of "Experience" as being a key to holding the Presidential office then all we have to look at is Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld. This threesome have destroyed the American Middle class and have giving us high gas prices, mortgage meltdown, spying on Americans, warantless searches, voting against all Veteran's benefits, fear, war mongering, and falling dollar.
